Beyond streamlined communication, your organisation's Intranet will offer a library of CPD courses, listed below, accessible at any time, ensuring your staff can meet their CPD requirements conveniently and foster growth and excellence within your organisation.
• Curriculum PE Plus. This platform offers a comprehensive, editable curriculum of lesson plans for Reception through Year 6. It includes detailed progress and attainment assessments to track pupil development effectively. It features a robust reporting system for group data, enabling the monitoring and analysis of class performance with ease. Additionally, it provides register tracking for out-of-hours learning, ensuring they are recorded effectively. With Curriculum PE Plus, all the tools needed to deliver high-quality physical education, assess pupil progress, and manage PE activities efficiently are included.
• The CQI (Continuous Quality Improvement) platform. This provides a robust framework for continuous quality improvement, helping enhance educational outcomes systematically. It enables the capture of pupil voice responses, ensuring pupil feedback directly informs improvement strategies. Team members' targets can be set and tracked, fostering accountability and professional growth. Additionally, Aspire:ED courses can be signposted, offering targeted professional development opportunities to support team members in achieving their goals, creating a culture of ongoing improvement, driven by data and focused on both pupil and team development.
• CPD courses for your team, as standard, include Managing Behaviour in Physical Education, Safeguarding Children (Advanced) Level 2, Introduction to Working in School, Athletics, Net and Wall, Invasion Games, Dance, Striking and Fielding, and an array of other upcoming courses.
